It is the Mission of You for YOUth to develop communities of caring and capable young people who are seen in their full humanity and are treated as such through enriching after school programs that provide educational support, life skills services, college and career readiness programs, and recreational activities.

The You for Youth Leadership Team consists of skilled individuals who are dedicated to developing healthier and happier people who live in healthier and happier communities and attend healthier and happier schools.
Life Skills
Team members are strategically identified, screened, and positioned based on skill sets that are allowed to unfold as they function on their highest levels. Our team's commitment to this is why our work goes beyond the walls of the facility and are extended to neighborhoods and schools across the City of Jackson.
